Lovely staff, convenient location
My room was unbelievably loud, like being in the nightclub. The carpet smelled bad until they cleaned it. The bed was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful! Convenient location. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The kitchen equipment in our room was great, and having a fridge was really convenient. The location was key, with easy access to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, and other downtown areas. Plus, the neighborhood felt safe.
The noise from the sirens and honking on Columbus Ave could be a bit annoying, especially at night. It would have been nice if the rooms were soundproofed better.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those wanting to be close to the beach, as it is in walking distance to many great parts of downtown. Additionally, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and access to shared facilities like a kitchen and laundry facilities.
There may be some noise from nearby nightclubs that could disrupt your sleep.

The location was great, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. The shared dorm room was clean and well-equipped, with a table, chair, and wardrobe for each person. The free and fast wifi was a plus. I had a good experience and would recommend this accommodation.

We had an awesome stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and in the fun neighborhood of Chinatown. We were able to walk to many great parts of downtown, and there were so many good eats around. The rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our visit go smoothly. The hotel even had mini fridges in the rooms, which was a nice bonus!
The only downside was that there was no elevator in the building.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near the bay area for 1 month. The location was fantastic, allowing for easy walking to all my destinations. The building was beautifully remodeled and had tasteful decorations throughout. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The room itself, though small, was well-equipped with everything I needed. The shared bathroom was private and I never had to wait for an empty one. it was a great value in a great area.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many downtown attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The staff is welcoming and helpful. There's a mini fridge in the room and a fully equipped kitchen. The photos don't do justice to how great this place is. The mattress is comfy, although the pillow is thin.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was within walking distance to many great attractions and places to eat, making it easy to explore the city.- The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had plenty of storage for our belongings. It also had a mini fridge, which was a nice bonus.
The noise level at this hotel was a major issue. We could hear doors slamming in the hallway at all hours of the day and night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
